Each architectural practice in the world is responsible in some small way for the creation of the urban fabric of society. At The Quinlan Group we take this responsibility very seriously, and are constantly challenging ourselves to better understand the future needs of our community. This manifesto summarises our latest analysis and the conclusions we have come to about the best possible outcomes for our projects going forward.

The three major issues we see facing the average consumer in the future are excess of choice, economic and environmental concerns. The combination of these three factors has caused serious confusion and uncertainty, resulting in contemporary phenomena like 'buyer's inertia' whereby consumers are so completely overcome by the amount of information being made available to them they end up doing nothing.

At The Quinlan Group we work to achieve the highest level of clarity and certainty; to cut through the confusion and give people real, plausible solutions to their problems.
