This competitive tender for a large waterfront development was a trip down memory lane for our Managing Director. Ten years after the completion of Stage One at King Street Wharf in Sydney, this project brought back together the Project Architect, Development Manager and Construction Manager of that incredibly successful project, for another shot at reworking a significant track of dilapidated inner city foreshore.
