This master planning project in Guangzhou, China forms part of the recently completed Pearl River New Town precinct. Comprised of an exclusive residential enclave overlooking the river and gardens, a retail mall strip mall, and an entire commercial park, the development contains some of the only freestanding residences in the entire central city region.
