This project involved the complete refurbishment of a dilapidated regional shopping centre to bring it in line with the quality of current large scale retail outlets. The Quinlan Group developed the concept of establishing external retail street fronts to the two major facades of the facility. This created a far more intimate shopping experience for the consumer along the external cafe strips and gave far more exposure to the smaller retail tenants that lined the access to the major outlets.
